Our goal is to bring kickboxing, a popular form of exercise and training, to people of all skill levels. With over 17 years of combined experience in TaeKwondo and Kickboxing, we have put together a fitness program that offers a great balance of cardio, resistance, core & strength training and skills development (such as balance, coordination, flexibility and more).

Here's you opportunity to workout with a well trained kickboxing and taekwondo instructor. This is not a commercial gym with weekend certified instructors. Learn good, safe techniques.
