Build your confidence and develop your fitness by learning how to train like a pro. Beginners can start at any time and will quickly be able to fall into the training routine. We stress a teamwork and learning environment.
Class begins with a group warm up and then members are divided into smaller groups for the training rotation, giving each person an opportunity to have more focused attention. Training is done in circuits where participants work on their technique, strength, and fitness. Sparing is optional and will only be done once the member has demonstrated they are able to protect themselves in the ring. Train to get in shape or work towards becoming a competitive boxer!
Head Coach Leonard Gabriel is assisted in class by Coach Julie Ballou and Coach Todd Kanekoa. Fisticuffs Gym is also partnered with Vancouver PAL.
